Since our establishment in 1989 in Semenyih, Selangor, PMI Cotton Industries Sdn Bhd (formerly Pan
Million Industries) has been dedicated to providing personal hygiene and household products. Starting
with cotton buds and cotton balls, we have expanded to offer a wide range of facial cotton, cotton
wool, tissues, and kitchen towels.
With over 30 production lines, substantial investments in machinery and workforce training, and
strong distribution systems, we manufacture our in-house brandsPan-Mate®, Caremate®, and
COT-MATE®and serve as an OEM partner for many established brands in Malaysia. We also explore
export opportunities in Asia and Europe. Our commitment to quality is reflected in our ISO
certifications, and we focus on building long-term partnerships by delivering exceptional customer
